FEATURES: This site may be viewed in Frames and Non-Frames versions. The Frames version has been designed for optimum viewing using an Explorer Version 5+ or Netscape Version 4.7 browsers with the screen resolution set at 1270 x 760 DPI. Using the Frames version will allow you to access ALL features using the pop-up menus on the front page. Menus - Windows style pop-up menus Main Display Frame - Most information displays in the lower-right frame for easy and fast viewing. Pop-up windows - Used for items that are printed or emailed. To exit them just close the window and you will return to the last page browsed. Back function - This function returns you to the last page viewed.
